Today was a typical busy Monday at work but before I went home, we got to stuff the servers with new memory. Our main Xserve received an additional 2GB, our PMP (ad) Xserve was given an additional 6GB, and another of our Xserves got an additional 2GB. So now we wait and see how (if) we'll see a performance spike tomorrow or not.

Also, as you may know, I have recently taken an interest in cooking. I watch the Food network all the time and I'm not ashamed of it! Anyways, if I cook a new dish, I usually try and take pictures of the process, mostly so I'll remember how to do it next time but partially just to show off my latest goodness.

Lunch after church on Sunday was chicken breasts in a veggie/tomato sauce. The sauce consists of sautéed celery, onion, jalepeno, carrots, and fresh spinach leaves.
It was excellent but next time I think I'll serve it over rice or something. That'll make it more like a chicken cattiatore.
